1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of clothing & accessories from www.crossknott.pk.

1.2. By using our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

2.1. By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing with parental consent.

2.2. You also confirm that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

3. Products

3.1. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

3.2. We strive to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will accurately reflect the color of the products. All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. However, due to differences in monitor/screens and lighting used during the photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly, therefore product cannot be returned for this reason. 

3.3. IF any customized T-shirts are made specifically for each customer; therefore, a 50% advance payment is required before shipment. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to customization, except in cases where the wrong product is shipped or the print is damaged.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices on the website are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

4.3. Accepted payment methods include COD, Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. Orders and Cancellations

5.1. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email does not confirm acceptance of your order.

5.2. Cross Knott reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full payment refund.

5.3. Cancellations by customers must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on location and selected shipping method.

6.2. Orders are typically processed after 24 hours and will be delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

6.3. Cross Knott is not responsible for delays caused by shipment service companies, carriers, or uncontrollable events.

6.4. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. We accept returns within 3 to 6 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items with tags attached.

7.2. To initiate a return, contact us at info@crossknott.pk or WhatsApp us at 03322600326. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

7.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned item.

7.4. Customized T-shirts are non-returnable nor non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

8.1. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of crossknott.pk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
