Return & Exchange Policy
Customized Products:
Products labeled "customized" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the wrong product is shipped or the print is damaged.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for non-customized items if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Timeframe for Returns:
Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.
Proof of Issue:
For any issues, including wrong shipments or damages, photographic evidence must be provided at the time of the return request. Along with receipt on our WhatsApp number.
Damaged Items:
If a product arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it after verification of the issue.
Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible items will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection.
Exclusions:
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
